“Art & Text” is the November/December 2019 art exhibit at the Stratford Library. The exhibit, which includes work from 17 area artists, is free and open to the public.
The Stratford Library is in collaboration with 13 Fairfield County Libraries sharing the same theme of “Art & Text” in their unique exhibits. The installations showcase painting, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, and much more in works of art which combine visual imagery with letterforms, words, and phrases. Among the Fairfield County libraries taking part in the themed exhibit with Stratford are the Bethel Public Library, Fairfield Public Library, New Canaan Library, Westport Library, Ridgefield Library, and Plumb Memorial Library. A complete list of participating libraries is available at the Stratford Library.
