January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and The Women's Center is hosting a Community Conversation event around the exploitation of youth in our communities and the role of social media. This discussion will take place on Wednesday, January 9 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Danbury Police Department
Human trafficking happens all over the country, the world, and right here in our catchment area. The conversation will be moderated by Women's Center staff members and include a panel of the professionals to facilitate the discussion. Please click the image to enlarge and view the panel.
This event is free to the public and light refreshments will be served.
